The dark days of winter are still with us and we have the perfect excuse for sitting at our computers typing away. If you have writers block or need light relief from a long project, log on to our challenge and have a go at something different. An old saying is “A change is as good as a rest” is often very appropriate. I am sometimes inspired by a trivial piece of gossip, and before the story is finished already I’m planning a story around it. This week I saw a painting of two men at a horse fair and immediately wanted to weave a story round them. What inspires you? It would be nice to hear.
